325 oven to 147 degrees.... let stand
10-15 minutes.... slice it really thin.... serve warm or cold with
horseradish sauce

We really enjoy these beef shoulder filet's ....
Oh so tender.....
this one marinated in Au Jus......

| Bake uncovered until desired internal temp is reached - about 145-150 degrees | After baking let stand for 10 to 15 minutes to let juices settle and then slice...... | |
